SOLID CARBIDE REAMER

Introduction
The SperoCut reamer is a rotary cutting tool employed for surface finishing operations with controlled tolerances in holes. It typically features parallel or helical cutting edges along the length of a cylindrical body. All cutting edges are ground at a slight angle with a slight undercut below the cutting edge, ensuring long tool life and a superior finish to the hole. The reamer is equipped with Advance coating and Alcorna coatings for excellent surface finish and reduced tool wear, employing high parameters with optimal design.
Available in straight or helical designs with both solid and TCH forms, reaming is an integral part of the precision machining or finishing process. Holes are primarily reamed for special requirements related to surface quality, roundness, cylindricity, and diameter tolerance.
